Have an idea in mind? We want to hear from you! Fill out our custom tattoo form and book a consultation appointment with us. Please note that all custom inquiries will be reviewed and discussed with your artist before we can book your appointment. Please allow our artists 2-4 weeks to create your custom design.
Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you are unable to make it to your appointment, please email us at feverdreamtattoopdx@gmail.com prior to 48 hours before your appointment for store credit. Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a $50 fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the total cost of the scheduled appointment. If you are running behind, please email us. We do our best to make accommodations, however, we may need to reschedule based on availability. We can reschedule appointments up to 60 days after the original appointment date.
